The HVO Limited Warranty is a limited warranty provided to the original retail purchaser of any HVO product in exchange for the consideration paid as part of the product’s purchase price. HVO warrants that, during the specified warranty period, such products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and properly maintained (where applicable).

This Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby expressly disclaimed.

Warranty Period

Register your product by sending your order number to our dedicated customer service email address: service@hvofitness.com. Once the warranty is activated, you will receive our standard 6-month warranty plus an additional 180-day extension, providing a total of one year of warranty coverage.

What is Covered

If any product covered under this Limited Warranty is found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the specified warranty period, HVO will cover the repair or replacement costs in accordance with the terms of the Compensation Provisions, subject to the limitations described in the "Reimbursement Restrictions" section of this Limited Warranty. Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will only be eligible for coverage for the remaining term of the original warranty period.

Warranty Reimbursement Provisions and Limitations

The following terms and conditions apply to HVO’s obligation to respond to valid warranty claims:

• 1. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs during the warranty period.
  2. Any decision to replace a product or cover costs for parts and labor is at HVO’s sole discretion.
  3. HVO is not liable for expenses related to repairs by third parties without prior written agreement.
  4. For out-of-warranty products, HVO will make reasonable efforts to assist with repairs using available inventory parts, which may incur fees.
  5. HVO retains final authority to determine the appropriate remedy for any warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any Product that has been subjected to: 

• 1. Accident, damage, negligence, abuse, or misuse
  2. Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance (where applicable)
  3. Abnormal operating conditions
  4. Alteration or modification of the Product
  5. Use for any purpose or application other than that for which it was designed

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is expected and does not constitute a valid warranty claim.

Areas in the U.S. with Restricted or No Regular Delivery Service

At this time, we do not ship to the following areas. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to these regions in the future.

   2. U.S. Protectorates: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands
   3. APO/FPO Addresses: AA, AE, AP
   4. Other Isolated U.S. Mainland Areas:
          • Maine – Certain islands (e.g., Matinicus Isle, Isle au Haut)
          • Michigan – Isle Royale
          • Florida – Dry Tortugas, parts of the Everglades
          • Arizona/Utah – Remote areas of the Navajo Nation
          • Nevada – Rural towns (e.g., Owyhee, Jarbidge)
          • Montana/Wyoming – Remote mountain towns (e.g., Cooke City, MT)
   5. Other Restricted Areas:
          • Certain gated communities or private islands
          • Extremely rural areas with no road access
