At HVO, all fitness equipment is shipped free of charge within the United States. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Shipment Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after the carrier picks up your package.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for each shipment, including details on which items are included.
Delivery Time
All products ship directly from our U.S. warehouses.
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday
Economy Free Shipping: 7–12 business days (GROUND)

Shipping Delays During Holidays and Unforeseen Events
While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, delays may occur during major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
In addition to peak-season demand, delivery timelines may also be affected by unforeseen events such as severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, snowstorms), labor strikes, or carrier staffing shortages.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing time-sensitive orders in advance. If your order is urgent, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase so we can recommend the most suitable shipping method.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via major carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Smaller items may be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some ground shipments may include a non-refundable handling fee.
Upon Delivery
Inspect Before Accepting: Before signing for delivery, please inspect all packages to ensure that items are present and undamaged.
Report Issues Immediately: If you notice any missing or damaged items, notify the carrier immediately and document the issue (including written notes and photos).
Condition of Goods: Unless otherwise specified, all equipment leaves our warehouse in brand-new and unused condition.
Areas in the U.S. with Restricted or No Regular Delivery Service
At this time, we do not ship to those Areass. We are actively working to expand our shipping services to these regions in the future.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, Canada, Germany, France, and Italy. We look forward to expanding to more international destinations in the future—stay tuned!
Returns & Damaged Items

During transportation, rough handling by logistics may cause product damage. We appreciate
your understanding and are ready to promptly address any issues with your product.
If you encounter any issues with your product, you may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. The initial return period is within 7 days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the product, please inspect the contents of the
box to ensure it is in good condition. It is essential to retain the original packaging, such as cartons, for use during repairs.
