You may return the item within 30 days after receiving it.The initial return period is within 7 days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the product, please inspect the contents of the box to ensure it is in good condition. It is essential to retain the original packaging, such as cartons, for use during repairs.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and retain its original packaging.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to our headquarters via email or written letter. If you wish to cancel or return an item, please contact us at service@hvofitness.com to request a Return Authorization. To submit a return request, complete and submit our support form. We will also require you to provide tracking information for the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but if the product itself is defective, the return shipping costs will be borne by us. Any upgraded shipping costs (such as expedited shipping) are not refundable.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are also unable to provide refunds or exchanges if the item is not in new condition or lacks its original packaging.

For orders delivered via freight shipping, please verify that all items are present before signing for delivery. If the equipment arrives damaged or incomplete, notify the freight company on the spot before signing and request documentation (e.g., records, photos). All equipment leaves our warehouse in new, unused condition unless otherwise stated. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damages or shortages not reported at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, the product will be assessed to ensure it is in like-new condition before processing your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the corresponding refund amount will be issued to you within 3-5 business days.

Please note any items that are clearly personalised or made specifically to the consumer’s specifications are exempt from these regulations. We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use (including self-assembly and attempts at disassembly). The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.

PayPal Refunds

Please note as of the 5th March 2020 all Paypal Refunds will exclude the transaction fee.

Cancellations

We will ship your order as soon as possible. You may cancel the order before it is processed. Once the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.
