Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days after receiving it. The initial inspection period is within 7 days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt, please inspect the contents of the package carefully to ensure everything is in good condition. To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Please retain the original packaging (such as cartons and protective materials) for potential return or repair purposes. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Authorization Process

After your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive specific return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Customers are required to provide valid tracking information after shipping the returned item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective.

The product was damaged before delivery.

The wrong item was shipped.
Original shipping fees and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Freight Shipment Inspection Requirement
For orders delivered via freight shipping: Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. If the equipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify the freight carrier immediately before signing.

Request written documentation and take photos.
All products leave our warehouse in new and unused condition unless otherwise stated. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damage or shortages that were not reported at the time of delivery.
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment providers). Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Timeline: Funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Deductions & Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if returned goods show signs of use, assembly, disassembly, or damage that affects resale value. The deduction amount will be based on the extent of value reduction. The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items not in new condition.

Items without original packaging.
8. PayPal Refund Policy
As of March 5, 2020, PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds processed via PayPal may exclude the original transaction fee.
9. Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once processed, the order will be prepared and shipped.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
10. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Before shipment & within 24 hours: The order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

After shipment: The order can no longer be cancelled. Customers may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with this policy.
11. Warranty

12. Global Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
HVO Fitness currently provides localized shipping to the USA, Canada, and select European countries. However, we do not ship to:

United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and remote areas without standard road access.

Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Europe:

Netherlands: All Dutch Overseas Territories.

France: All French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM).

Italy: Vatican City (VA).
