HVO Fitness offers 100% free standard shipping within the continental United States. There are no additional shipping or handling fees for eligible U.S. orders.

Order Processing Time

All products ship directly from our U.S. warehouses.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after carrier pickup.

Delivery Time

Standard Free Shipping (Ground):
7–12 business days

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery timelines.

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by:

Severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, snowstorms)

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all packages before signing for delivery.

If any item appears damaged or missing:

Notify the carrier immediately before signing
Request written documentation
Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Unless otherwise stated, all products leave our warehouse in brand-new and unused condition.

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Alaska
U.S. Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
APO/FPO addresses
Remote U.S. mainland areas without standard road access
